WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A preorder gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. Please be informed that, after placing the pre-order, no quantity, size or color changes are allowed.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE CHARGED?
We will charge the amount via your selected payment method once the order is placed. It is not possible to modify the payment method after it has been processed.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
You can check the estimated shipping date either on the product's page or in your confirmation email. Please note that orders are processed automatically and the actual shipping date might vary.
ORDER
All orders will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order confirmation email will display your order number. Please keep your order number private and refer to it when reaching out to our customer service team. If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please contact customer service. SHIPPING
All orders (except pre-sale, made-to-order, and custom items ) are shipped within 1 week after purchase. You will receive a tracking email immediately once your order has shipped. Your tracking email will provide you with the tracking number, carrier, and other shipment information in regards to your SABAA GOODS purchase. If you should run into any unforseen issues with delivery please notify our team ASAP. If we are not contacted within two weeks of receiving your tracking notification, only store credit will be offered. If we are contacted within the given time frame, and style is still available, we will re-ship the style requested or offer a full refund if style is sold out.
ACCESSORY RETURNS
You may return an item if we are contacted within 72 hours of orders delivery. Please contact customer service at sabaagoods@gmail.com to begin the return process. Customer service will provide you with a return label upon request. You will receive a full refund of your original purchase amount, upon receiving the item back to our distribution center in the same condition .
